Three mistakes to avoid

Entering the code after the deposit. The code is checked at the moment of payment; adding it later does nothing.

Depositing on the wrong day. Weekday codes work only from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC on their day — that can be late evening or early morning in your local time.

Betting before the bonus appears. If the bonus is missing, contact support first. Once you place a bet with the qualifying deposit, it can no longer be added manually.
